Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have booked through the Platform.

  • Cancellations of online bookings will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of Booking Online Appointment. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the Booking have been communicated to our experts / Vendors listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of either visiting our clinic , or the Phlebotomist is out for collection. In such an event, we may Reject your Refund Request.
  • We offer refund within 1 day from the date of your booking. If more than one day have passed since your booking, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Please write to us on healthbuddydawakhana1@gmail.com or healthbuddydawakhana2@gmail.com explaining why a refund is required. We will inspect & send you an email to notify you about receipt of email request. If the same has been approved due to valid reasons at our end, your Refund Request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
  • In case of any refunds approved by Healthbuddy Dawakhana, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to you.
